Businesses are expanding AI agents beyond the website chat bubble and into messaging channels like SMS. Here's why that shift is happening, and what it means if you haven't made the move yet.
If your business relies on SMS, message delivery is more challenging than ever. Carriers use advanced methods to detect spam and noncompliant traffic. Businesses that don't follow A2P 10DLC rules risk having messages filtered, delayed, or blocked.
Calls are ignored. Emails go unread. Meanwhile, your customer is already texting someone else. Most businesses don't lose customers because of a bad product. They lose them because they stop communicating. Great follow-up keeps customers engaged from first contact to purchase.
Customer communication is changing faster than most businesses realize. Customers expect instant responses, and texting a company often means interacting with AI from the first reply. Businesses are using AI-powered messaging to deliver support and improve customer experiences.
