About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, organized person to join us as an Executive Assistant on a contract basis. This is an in-person role based in San Diego County. No prior experience is required - we'll train you on everything you need to know.
You'll help the founding team stay on track by managing calendars, running errands, handling communications, and keeping daily operations moving. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience at a fast-growing tech startup.
If you have experience with content creation - shooting video, editing, social media - that's a massive plus. We're looking for someone who can handle the EA fundamentals and also help capture content when the opportunity comes up.
Responsibilities
- Run errands, handle in-person tasks, manage calendars, and coordinate scheduling
- Prepare meeting notes, track action items, and manage communications on behalf of leadership
- Assist with office organization, supply runs, and general administrative tasks
- Create content for social media and capture content ideas
- Understand the business and product, and help and sales/marketing when needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - training will be provided on the job
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in-person
- Familiarity with computer tools (Apple Messages, Notion, etc.) and social media
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work
