About the Role
You will take brands from signed to live on Apple Messages for Business, with agents connected to the customer's real systems.
This seat is based in New York City, partnering with our New York account executives on East Coast fintech, consumer-app, and hospitality deployments, including regulated buyers' security reviews.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution design
- Build integrations with point-of-sale, ordering, booking, CRM, ticketing, payment, and identity systems
- Configure and evaluate agents in our platform
- Own the technical side of enterprise security reviews
- Turn each deployment into reusable connectors, runbooks, and templates
