Dench/Blooio
Give Dench agents a way to actually reach people
Dench is an AI revenue engine. It finds, reaches, and closes — agents enrich leads, move deals, and book meetings while the team is offline. Blooio is the multi-channel messaging provider those agents send through.
Connect the account once. Every agent in the workspace can send and read messages, manage chats, contacts, and groups, and check who can receive iMessage — 26 actions, authorized with Blooio sign-in, on top of the Blooio API.
Blooio is a multi-channel messaging provider
Dench holds the pipeline. Blooio holds the conversation. One account reaches customers on the channels below — the same account your Dench agents call.
iMessage
Blue bubbles, read receipts, tapbacks, and polls from a real number.
SMS
Text from the same Blooio number when you need a standard text.
RCS
Rich messages for contacts on RCS, on the Blooio number you already have.
WhatsApp Business on the official Cloud API, in the same Blooio account.
Apple Messages for Business
A verified brand channel. Blooio is an Apple Messaging Service Provider.
What Dench is
An AI CRM that works the hours you don't
Dench replaces a pile of legacy CRM and GTM tools with agents that share one workspace. They enrich leads overnight, draft the follow-up, score the deal, and file the meeting before you're back at the desk. Blooio is how that follow-up becomes a message a person will open.
Find
Know who is worth a message
Dench agents enrich leads, score deals, and watch the pipeline overnight. Blooio tells them whether that person can take iMessage, SMS, or FaceTime before the first send.
Reach
Message on the channel they use
Blooio is a multi-channel messaging provider. The same account sends iMessage, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, and Apple Messages for Business, so the follow-up lands where the customer actually reads it.
Close
Turn the meeting into the next step
Dench sits in the meeting, writes the summary, and files decisions into the deal. The agent can then send the recap, the scheduling nudge, or the link through Blooio while the conversation is still warm.
Set up Blooio in Dench
The connection lives in Dench. Agents call Blooio on your behalf, under the permissions already on the workspace.
01
Open Integrations
Sign in to your Dench workspace and open Integrations. Blooio is listed with the rest of the GTM stack.
02
Authorize Blooio
Choose Connect. Blooio's own sign-in grants the workspace access. You authorize the account once for every agent Dench allows to use it.
03
Ask, or automate
Tell an agent to use Blooio in chat, or call the same 26 actions from a Dench automation — morning briefings, new leads, deal-won kickoffs.
04
Stay in control
Review the connection in workspace settings and disconnect it whenever you want. Every call stays scoped to the Blooio account you connected.
26 actions agents can run
The same list Dench exposes for Blooio. An agent invokes an action from chat, or a Dench automation calls it. Each call uses Blooio's authorization for the account you connected.
Conversations
Send, read, react, and see who is in the thread.
Send Message
Text, an attachment, a multipart message, or an inline reply. Several recipients can open or reuse a group thread. The message is delivered.
Get Message
One message with content, reactions, delivery status, protocol, errors, and reply context.
List Messages
Page a chat by direction, time window, and order.
List Chats
Search conversations, newest activity or oldest activity first.
Get Chat
Counts, participants, and the latest message on one conversation.
Mark Chat Read
Marks the thread read and sends a read receipt the other person can see.
Set Message Reaction
Add or remove a tapback or emoji on a message in the chat.
Send Poll
Send a native iMessage poll into a chat.
Get Poll Results
The poll, each option's votes, and the total.
Contacts
Create people, tag them, and check how they can be reached.
Create Contact
From an E.164 phone number or an email, with an optional name.
Get Contact
One contact by phone or email, including current tags.
List Contacts
Search and page the org's contacts by identifier or name.
Update Contact
Set or clear the display name.
Delete Contact
Soft-delete one contact by phone or email.
Add Contact Tags
Add or reactivate free-form tags on a contact.
Remove Contact Tags
Remove exact tags in order. Tags already removed stay removed if a later one fails.
Get Contact Capabilities
Check iMessage, SMS, or FaceTime before the agent chooses a path.
Groups
Name a thread, record who is in it, and keep it in sync.
Create Group
Create a group, optionally link an iMessage chat, and record members. Unknown members can become contacts.
Get Group
One group by its grp_ identifier.
List Groups
Search and page groups by name.
Update Group
Rename the group and sync that name to a linked iMessage chat.
Delete Group
Soft-delete the group, remove its members, and leave the linked iMessage chat.
List Group Members
Page through the people recorded on a group.
Account
Numbers, usage, and the risk rollup on the connected account.
Get Account
The organization, assigned numbers, and message usage. The API-key identifier stays hidden.
List Numbers
Sender numbers on the connected key, and whether each one can send.
Get Risk Summary
The cached fleet risk rollup. An empty computed time means Blooio has not written a report yet.
How a revenue team uses it
Overnight follow-up
A Dench agent finds deals with no recent touch, checks who can receive iMessage, and sends the follow-up from your Blooio number before the morning pipeline review.
The recap after the call
Dench writes the meeting summary and files next steps on the deal. The agent sends that recap through Blooio so the buyer sees it in Messages, in the thread they already use.
A new lead, on the right channel
When a contact is created, an automation enriches the record and asks Blooio what the number can receive. The message goes out on your Blooio account — iMessage, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, or Apple Messages for Business.
Tags, groups, and a clean CRM
Agents create contacts, set names, apply tags, and keep group membership lined up with the segments Dench is already working. The thread and the deal stay on the same person.
Want the same Blooio account in your own agent stack? Use the MCP server, WhatsApp, or Apple Messages for Business. The full directory is on integrations.
Your Blooio login, your workspace rules
Dench authorizes through Blooio and stores only what it needs to act for that account. You can review or disconnect the connection from Dench workspace settings. Sends and read receipts go to the customer, so gate them with the permissions you already use for agents.
