Bloobability v1.0.0 License

Bloobability ("blooio-probability") is a model release produced by Blooio LLC ("Blooio," "we," "us," "our"). It consists of a trained model, bloobability-1-4b, derived from an NVIDIA Nemotron base model, together with two task adapters — bloo-match-1 and bloo-gauge-1.

This document is the license notice for that release. It explains the terms on which you may use Bloobability, and it identifies and passes through the third-party licenses that apply to the components Blooio built on. It does not replace those third-party licenses; where a third-party license applies, its own terms control for that component.

The Bloobability release comprises:

• Base model. NVIDIA-Nemotron-3-Nano-4B-BF16 — a Nemotron model published by NVIDIA and used as the foundation for the trained model.
• Trained model. bloobability-1-4b (3.98B, BF16, 32,768-token context) — a derivative of the base model fine-tuned by Blooio.
• Adapters. The matcher adapter bloo-match-1 and the gauge adapter bloo-gauge-1, plus the frozen calibration data fitted for the release.

It also covers the accompanying documentation and metadata published on the model documentation page. It does not cover the Blooio Service or API generally, which are governed by the Terms of Service.

Blooio makes Bloobability available to you as a hosted model through the Blooio platform and API. Subject to your compliance with this license, the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the third-party terms referenced below, Blooio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to send requests to Bloobability and to use the outputs it returns for your own business purposes.

The trained model, adapters, calibration data, and associated weights are proprietary to Blooio and its licensors and are not distributed to you as artifacts under this license. Except for the rights expressly granted here, no license to the model weights or artifacts is granted, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. Nothing in this license limits the rights NVIDIA grants directly to you under the NVIDIA Nemotron Open Model License for the underlying base model.

Bloobability is a derivative work of NVIDIA-Nemotron-3-Nano-4B-BF16, which NVIDIA Corporation ("NVIDIA") publishes under the NVIDIA Nemotron Open Model License. Your use of Bloobability, to the extent it embodies the Nemotron base model or a derivative of it, is subject to that license.

"Nemotron" and "NVIDIA" are trademarks of NVIDIA Corporation. NVIDIA is not affiliated with Blooio and does not sponsor or endorse Bloobability or the Blooio Service. References to NVIDIA and Nemotron are made solely to identify the base model and to satisfy attribution requirements.

Blooio used NVIDIA Model Optimizer ("Model Optimizer" or "ModelOpt") in preparing the Bloobability release. Model Optimizer is a library of model-optimization techniques — including quantization, pruning, distillation, and related methods — used to compress and optimize the model for deployment.

Use of Model Optimizer as a tool to produce Bloobability does not change the license of the resulting model, which remains governed by this page and by the NVIDIA Nemotron Open Model License described in Section 4.

Model Optimizer and the broader training and serving toolchain download and depend on additional third-party open-source software, each under its own license. Blooio reviewed the license terms of those dependencies before use, and their respective licenses continue to govern those components.

Where a third-party component requires that its copyright and permission notices accompany the software, those notices are retained with the corresponding component. This page does not purport to relicense any third-party component; each remains subject to the terms under which its authors released it.

"Outputs" are the responses Bloobability returns for your requests — the applicable policies, evidence message IDs, calibrated probabilities, verdicts, and related fields. Consistent with the NVIDIA Nemotron Open Model License, NVIDIA claims no ownership of outputs, and Blooio does not claim ownership of the outputs generated for your requests.

As between you and Blooio, and subject to the Terms of Service, you are responsible for your inputs and for how you use the outputs. Outputs are probabilistic and may be incorrect; you are responsible for any decisions or automations you build on them.

Where you describe or document a system that uses Bloobability, we ask that you preserve the following attributions:

• Bloobability is built on NVIDIA-Nemotron-3-Nano-4B-BF16, licensed under the NVIDIA Nemotron Open Model License.
• Bloobability was optimized using NVIDIA Model Optimizer, licensed under the Apache License 2.0.

These attributions identify the upstream projects only; they do not imply that NVIDIA or any other party endorses Blooio or Bloobability.

In addition to the restrictions in the third-party licenses above and in the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, you agree not to:

• Attempt to extract, reconstruct, or copy the model weights, adapters, or calibration data, including by distillation or systematic probing intended to replicate the model.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any attribution, copyright, or license notice associated with Bloobability or its upstream components.
• Use Bloobability in any manner that violates the NVIDIA Nemotron Open Model License, NVIDIA's Trustworthy AI terms, the Apache 2.0 license for Model Optimizer, or any other applicable third-party license.
• Represent that NVIDIA or any upstream licensor is responsible for, or endorses, your use of the model or its outputs.

BLOOBABILITY AND ITS OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Blooio does not warrant that outputs will be accurate, complete, or reliable. This disclaimer is in addition to, and does not limit, the "AS IS" disclaimers in the NVIDIA Nemotron Open Model License and the Apache 2.0 license for Model Optimizer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Blooio nor any upstream licensor (including NVIDIA) is liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss arising out of or relating to your use of Bloobability or its outputs. Blooio's aggregate liability relating to the model is governed by, and subject to the limitations in, the Terms of Service.

We may update this license notice to reflect new model versions, new components, or changes in upstream licenses. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of Bloobability after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised notice.
