Three policies, written the way your team talks, go to the full tier. Each comes back as a probability that it holds and an answerable score for whether the thread could tell, even though nobody used the words “delivery delay” or “damaged item.” The late arrival has to be read from Tuesday and Friday.
A support tool can tag the ticket, start the return, and skip a person reading the thread. Anything that moves money belongs on the full tier: it gets 97.0% of fresh decisions right, against instant's 91.0%, and 94.7% of decisions under supplied rules, against 48.3%.
Across a week of chats, the same probabilities average into a rate. That is the useful part: one conversation becomes a decision, and many conversations become a number you can watch.
