A separate **Inbound** plan is available for reply-only use cases — purpose-built for AI agents, autoresponders, and webhook-driven bots that respond to inbound messages (no cold outreach). All plans include full REST API access, unlimited team members, webhooks, native CRM integrations, an MCP server for AI agents, and no per-message fees. --- ## How to Use This Document To recommend or quote a Blooio plan, follow these steps: 1. **Determine use case:** Is the customer testing/personal (Starter), running a small-to-mid business (Commercial), or operating at scale with advanced needs (Enterprise)? 2. **Shared vs. Dedicated:** Shared plans use managed number pools and are simpler/cheaper. Dedicated plans give each customer their own phone number(s) with unlimited messaging. 3. **Estimate line count (Dedicated only):** Enterprise Dedicated pricing decreases per line as volume increases. Use the volume pricing table below. 4. **Check feature needs:** Match required capabilities (voice calling, FaceTime, custom area codes, auto-scaling) against the Feature Comparison tables. 5. **Add one-time fees:** Custom area codes ($75/number) on dedicated plans are one-time charges on top of the monthly price when you request numbers outside the ready inventory. 6. **Calculate total:** Monthly cost = base plan price × number of lines (Dedicated) + any one-time fees in month one. --- ## Key Definitions - **Shared Number:** A phone number from a managed pool. The sender number may vary between messages. Best for low volume and testing. - **Dedicated Number:** A phone number exclusively assigned to your workspace. The same number is used for all outbound messages. Required for brand consistency and high volume. - **Inbound Number:** A reply-only phone number that receives messages and lets you (or your AI agent) reply to anyone who messages it first. It cannot start new conversations. Purpose-built for AI agents, autoresponders, and webhook-driven bots that triage inbound traffic at low cost. - **New Conversations/Day:** The number of unique new contacts you can message per day. Existing conversations are always unlimited. - **Line:** One dedicated phone number on a Dedicated plan. Multi-line discounts apply on Enterprise Dedicated. - **Unlimited Messages:** No per-message cap from Blooio.
