# Bloobability v1.0.0 License > License terms for Blooio’s hosted Bloobability model release, including NVIDIA Nemotron base-model and NVIDIA Model Optimizer attributions. Source: https://blooio.com/inference/bloobability/license ## Overview Last updated: September 2, 2026. Bloobability, also called `blooio-probability`, is a model release produced by Blooio LLC. It includes a Blooio-trained model derived from an NVIDIA Nemotron base model, matcher and gauge task adapters, and frozen calibration data. This notice describes the terms for using Bloobability and identifies third-party licenses that apply to components used in the release. Where a third-party license applies, that license controls for the applicable component. ## What This License Covers The Bloobability release includes: - An NVIDIA Nemotron base model used as the foundation for the trained model. - A Blooio fine-tuned trained model derived from the base model. - Matcher and gauge task adapters. - Frozen calibration data fitted for the release. - Accompanying model documentation and metadata. This notice does not govern the Blooio Service or API generally. Those are governed by the [Blooio Terms of Service](https://blooio.com/terms-of-service.md). ## License to Use Bloobability Blooio makes Bloobability available as a hosted model through the Blooio platform and API. Subject to compliance with this notice, the [Terms of Service](https://blooio.com/terms-of-service.md), the [Acceptable Use Policy](https://blooio.com/acceptable-use.md), and applicable third-party terms, Blooio grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to: - Send requests to Bloobability. - Use returned outputs for your own business purposes. The trained model, adapters, calibration data, and associated weights are proprietary to Blooio and its licensors. They are not distributed as artifacts under this license. Except for rights expressly granted, no license to model weights or artifacts is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. This notice does not limit rights NVIDIA grants directly under the NVIDIA Nemotron Open Model License for the underlying base model. ## Base Model: NVIDIA Nemotron Bloobability is a derivative work of an NVIDIA Nemotron model published by NVIDIA Corporation under the [NVIDIA Nemotron Open Model License](https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/agreements/enterprise-software/nvidia-nemotron-open-model-license/). To the extent Bloobability embodies the Nemotron base model or a derivative of it, use is subject to that license. Under the NVIDIA Nemotron Open Model License, NVIDIA states that: - The covered works are commercially usable. - Users may create and distribute derivative works. - NVIDIA does not claim ownership of outputs generated using the covered works or derivative works. Use remains subject to the NVIDIA license conditions, including redistribution and attribution requirements and the applicable [NVIDIA Trustworthy AI terms](https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/agreements/trustworthy-ai/terms/). If the NVIDIA Nemotron Open Model License conflicts with this notice as applied to the base model, the NVIDIA license controls. “NVIDIA” and “Nemotron” are trademarks of NVIDIA Corporation. NVIDIA is not affiliated with Blooio and does not sponsor or endorse Bloobability or the Blooio Service. ## Optimization: NVIDIA Model Optimizer Blooio used [NVIDIA Model Optimizer](https://github.com/NVIDIA/Model-Optimizer), also called ModelOpt, to prepare the Bloobability release. Model Optimizer is a library of model-optimization techniques, including: - Quantization. - Pruning. - Distillation. - Related compression and optimization methods for deployment. NVIDIA Model Optimizer is licensed under the [Apache License, Version 2.0](https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0). Blooio uses Model Optimizer in accordance with that license and retains applicable copyright, patent, trademark, and attribution notices in the library source and its [LICENSE file](https://github.com/NVIDIA/Model-Optimizer/blob/main/LICENSE). > Copyright © NVIDIA Corporation. Licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. Model Optimizer is provided by its authors on an “AS IS” basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind. Its use in preparing Bloobability does not change the license of the resulting model, which remains governed by this notice and the NVIDIA Nemotron Open Model License. ## Other Third-Party Components Model Optimizer and the broader training and serving toolchain depend on additional third-party open-source software, each governed by its own license. Where a component requires copyright or permission notices to accompany the software, those notices are retained with the corresponding component. This notice does not relicense third-party software. ## Model Outputs “Outputs” are responses Bloobability returns for requests. They may include: - Applicable policies. - Evidence message IDs. - Calibrated probabilities. - Verdicts. - Related response fields. NVIDIA does not claim ownership of outputs generated using the Nemotron works or derivative works. Blooio does not claim ownership of outputs generated for your requests. Subject to the [Blooio Terms of Service](https://blooio.com/terms-of-service.md), you are responsible for your inputs, your use of outputs, and decisions or automations built on outputs. Outputs are probabilistic and may be incorrect. ## Attribution and Notices When describing or documenting a system that uses Bloobability, Blooio asks that the following attributions be preserved: - Bloobability is built on an NVIDIA Nemotron base model licensed under the [NVIDIA Nemotron Open Model License](https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/agreements/enterprise-software/nvidia-nemotron-open-model-license/). - Bloobability was optimized using [NVIDIA Model Optimizer](https://github.com/NVIDIA/Model-Optimizer), licensed under the [Apache License 2.0](https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0). These attributions identify upstream projects only. They do not imply endorsement of Blooio or Bloobability by NVIDIA or another upstream party. ## Restrictions In addition to restrictions in applicable third-party licenses, the [Terms of Service](https://blooio.com/terms-of-service.md), and the [Acceptable Use Policy](https://blooio.com/acceptable-use.md), you agree not to: - Attempt to extract, reconstruct, or copy model weights, adapters, or calibration data, including through distillation or systematic probing intended to replicate the model. - Remove, obscure, or alter attribution, copyright, or license notices associated with Bloobability or its upstream components. - Use Bloobability in violation of the NVIDIA Nemotron Open Model License, NVIDIA Trustworthy AI terms, the Apache 2.0 license for Model Optimizer, or another applicable third-party license. - Represent that NVIDIA or another upstream licensor is responsible for or endorses your use of the model or its outputs. ## Disclaimer of Warranties BLOOBABILITY AND ITS OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Blooio does not warrant that outputs will be accurate, complete, or reliable. This disclaimer is in addition to the “AS IS” disclaimers in the NVIDIA Nemotron Open Model License and the Apache 2.0 license for Model Optimizer. ## Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Blooio nor upstream licensors, including NVIDIA, are liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for losses arising from use of Bloobability or its outputs.
